Ms. Ishmael provides executive-level supervision and day-to-day management of EMAP, including: directing daily operations, including assessment and accreditation processes; overseeing preparations for and conduct of EMAP Commission and committee meetings in accordance with the needs of the organization and bylaws; managing the finances of EMAP including budget development, financial management and reporting; development/fund raising, and grants management; hiring, training, and supervising staff in accordance with reporting lines established by CSG and the EMAP Commission; and educating and working with stakeholder organizations and decision-makers on related issues and projects.

Assistant Director for Projects

Ms. Jacobs coordinates special projects, including EMAP's current pilot programs.  Ms. Jacobs is responsible for assisting with the identification, securing of support for, and implementation of special projects related to EMAP's standards and accreditation activities and support of EMAP's mission. 

Wesley Bullock
Logistics and Assessment Coordinator

Mr. Bullock assists with the coordination and organization of EMAP assessment and accreditation activities.  He is responsible for management of programs through the assessment process, including logistics and travel planning for assessment teams, organizing assessment schedules and assessor teams and materials for both programs and assessors.  Mr. Bullock staffs the Program Review Committee. 

Jessica Byrski
Marketing & Administrative Coordinator

Ms. Byrski provides primary marketing and administrative support for EMAP.  Ms. Byrski manages EMAP inquiries, subscriptions, and marketing for the organization. Ms. Byrski organizes all conference participation and speaking engagements for EMAP.

Elizabeth Cloyd
Training Coordinator

Ms. Cloyd assists with the coordination and organization of the EMAP training program.  She is responsible for managing EMAP training programs and providing training to both assessors and accreditation programs for continuing education.
